• On the Annual Mission Conference, we do sincerely thank Dr. & Mrs. Floyd Grunau as our speakers. May we continue to pray for them in the mission field.
• We will be collecting the faith pledge for our 2008 Mission Fund later in service. A goal has been set at $130,150. May the Lord give you faith to pledge an amount that you would give towards the Mission Fund for the whole year. We also encourage each family pick up one copy of Mission handbook.
• Holy Communion will be held on Nov 25 (next Sun) at 9am.
• Aletheia Fellowship Program : This Friday, we’ll be having Horizontal Connection Night. Come out and learn to connect to your fellow brother and sisters in Christ in continuation to our theme! See you in the Aletheia lounge at 8:00pm sharp.
• Hosanna Fellowship: Bible Study @ 8 PM @ Church. Remember to bring your PENS, PENCILS, BIBLE, YOURSELF, and YOUR FRIENDS! =)
• Christmas Baptismal classes will be held on Fridays Nov 23, 30 and Dec 7 from 5-7:30pm at the church office. Those who are interested in getting baptized are asked to speak with Pastor Arthur immediately.

• Annual General Meeting, Nov 25 (Sun) after light lunch, at 12:30pm to elect new elders for 2008 and to discuss and approve the 2008 Budget. All church members are required to attend. Agenda, 2008 Budget, and Active Member List have been posted on the upstairs bulletin board. The 2008 Budget can be picked up outside the sanctuary. Any questions with regards to the 2008 Budget or any additions to the agenda have to be submitted to the treasurer, elder Wilman Lau, or secretary, elder Daniel Siu, respectively by Nov 18 (Sun) before the English service.
  Nominations from the Nominating Committees: Alfred Mo (2 years), Patrick So (2 years), Judy Ng (1 year), and Tammy Wong (1 year). Also, nominations from the Congregation : Danny Soo (2 year). In light of the absence of a Senior Pastor, the Board consulted the D.S. and has decided to accept the 1-year requests from the 2 sisters. In our present Board of Elders, brother Alex Cheng still has 1 more year in office. Please pray for the election of our elders and the AGM.

• Devotional Materials “Our Daily Bread” -Dec to Feb, can be picked up outside the sanctuary.

• A minute of silence will be observed today at 11:11am in all Sunday School and Promiseland to remember the men and women that gave their lives fighting for their country.

• The theme of the Annual Missions Conference this year on Nov 16 - 17 (Fri-Sat), at 7:30pm and Nov 18 (Sun) at 9am is “Shine The Light: Cross-Cultural Missions“. Our speakers are Floyd and Joyce Grunau working with Muslim Ministries locally. Please plan to attend all sessions. There will be Chinese translation and refreshments Friday and Saturday evenings.
