I hope all of you have had a good week so far… going back to school. boooo.. But rejoice because it’s EASTER WEEKEND!

In any case, the week after that is 30 Hour Famine.  We WILL be having a sleepover, but I need you to do me a favour and give these waiver forms to your parents and sign them by the date and instructions given. So if you’re a GUY, sign the GUY form and if you’re a GIRL, sign the GIRL form.  You can’t trick me.

I apologize that this is being sent a week before, but there wasn’t really much time before due to TC.

This Friday is Good Friday!  Come celebrate during the evening at 8 pm!  The TJCAC Drama Team will be presenting a musical entitled “The Path to Calvary.”  Narration will be in Cantonese and Mandarin.  There will also be a group praying for the drama in the basement.  For those who do not understand Cantonese or Mandarin, or just wish to do so, feel free to join  them.

• Good Friday Holy Communion Joint Service (March 21) will be held at 10:30am. Easter Baptismal Joint Service (March 23) will be held at 10:30am. Do plan to come, pray for meetings.
• The TJCAC Drama Team will be presenting “The Path to Calvary” musical on Good Friday, March 21st at 8:00 p.m. This will be a great opportunity for you to experience - the Upper Room, the Last Supper and the Crucifixion of Christ. Narrations will be in Mandarin and Cantonese. Please invite your friends and family to attend.
• Alliance Men’s group (JAM) is organizing a breakfast gathering to celebrate our 20 years of brotherly love in Jaffray. If you are married, we would also like to invite your wife too. Date: March 29, Time: 8:a.m. to 10:a.m., Location: Amigo Steal and Seafood House.$5 each. Email to jaffray.men@gmail.com to register. or contact Jody Chu or Victor Chin for more information.
• Annual General Meeting will be held at 12:15pm on Sunday March 30, 2008. All members are encouraged to attend. The agenda and active membership list and 2007 financial report have been posted on the bulletin board. Additional proposed agenda items for consideration by the Board should be submitted in writing to Alfred Mo, Vice Chair, or Judy Ip, Secretary, on or before 9:00am on March 23.
  So that the AGM can be conducted in a timely fashion, but to afford members enough time to understand the church’s ministries and financial situations, a special consultation meeting will be held at 12:15pm on March 23, in room B7. All members are welcomed.
