Toronto Jaffray Chinese Alliance Church

This week the cell groups will be meeting together at various houses…your cell group leader should have contacted you by now.

• All girls (Joelle’s, Jessica’s, Sophia’s cell groups) will be meeting at Jessica’s house.
• Tristan’s cell group will be at Renee/Tim’s House.
• Clement’s and Grant’s cell groups will be meeting at Chris’ house.

This week we’ll be celebrating a belated Father’s Day!!! Invite your dad (and your mom) to Hosanna this Friday from 8 PM-10 PM!!! We’re at the Church (9950 Sheppard Ave), so come out and get ready for a time of fun! Please dress appropriately, as the program is recreation.

• Hosanna Fellowship program : Let’s Play Daddy! Church @ 8PM. Hosanna…please remember to invite your fathers! .
• Aletheia Fellowship program : GOD102 - Join us as we seek God through His Word. 8pm in the lounge.
• Mosaic small groups will be playing Ultimate Frisbee today at Milliken Park (SE corner of McCowan & Steeles) from 4:30-6:30pm. If you have a regulation size/weight ultimate frisbee, please bring it along! Most of us are very new to the sport, so there will be a tutorial and quick practice session at the start. Come out, regardless of your skill level! If you have any questions, please speak with Nathan Yung or Melissa Kwan..
• Dot Com is starting off their softball season! Please join us and support us for our first game on the 29th of June at Oriole Park at 6:00pm where we will host a fun and supportive game!
• The time for Project T is coming near! If you wish to participate in the event, please pick up a registration package at the west-end foyer of the church starting today or download from http://www.tjcac.org/english/projecttdot/. Please pick up a backage ONLY if you plan on putting together a team. This is a great opportunity to invite your friends to come out and participate in the MOST ANTICIPATED EVENT of the YEAR! If you have any questions, please contact Ivan Mak.
• Longlac STM: Come out at 9am on Saturday morning (June 28th) and send off the Longlac mission team in front of the church. Team members include: Angie, Andy, Vivian, Renee, Kristen, Melissa L., Betty, Dorcus, Victor, and Dan. Please pray through the prayer list inserted into today’s bulletin. We need your prayers!
• The Panama STM team has been formed. The team will be conducting VBS classes, workshops, evangelistic programs, visitations and follow-up work in various cities in Panama. They will be going from July 24- Aug 5, joining brothers and sisters from other Chinese Alliance Churches from Canada. The seven team members are Cynthia So, Richard Poon, Karen Phung, Teresa Poon, Lucilla Leung, Victor Chin and Jack Lam. A prayer support sign-up sheet is posted on the Mission bulletin board at the west entrance. Please sign-up to pray and support their preparation as well as their ministry in Panama.
• Plans for Jaffray’s 20th Anniversary is already in motion! We are currently putting together a scrapbook. If you have any meaningful photos of Jaffray, please pass them onto Kevin Lau (silver03s@yahoo.com).
• Our church member, Kassandra & Alan Leung were blessed with a baby girl last week, named Kaitlyn. May the Lord grant them strength and wisdom to bring up their child.
