FAMILY MATTERS

1. Welcome to our worship. If you are a visitor with us today or this is your first time at Jaffray Church, please take time to complete the new comers’ card and let us know about you.

2. “Sweet Hour of Prayer” will be held every Wednesday from 8-9pm at the church office. Those who cannot make it to the office are asked to pray on their own. If you wish to subscribe to the list of prayer needs, please contact prayer@tjcac.org .

3. Hosanna Fellowship: Bible Study @ Church. Bring Bible, Pen, Friend.

4. Aletheia Fellowship will be having small group this Friday! Your leader will contact you during the week; stay tuned to your emails!

5. Softball Tournament will be held on Sunday May 30 from 10:30-3:30pm at Agincourt Park (31 Glen Watford Dr. near Midland and Sheppard). If you are not on .COM or Awakening but would like to play, please sign up with Pastor Arthur asap. Please feel free to bring soccer balls or freebies as well!

6. A new Sunday School term will be starting in June! Please fill in the bulletin insert with your preferred course, and give the sheets to Jonathan Mui or Stephanie Yip today after service. If you have any questions, please contact Holly Chau.

7. .COM SOFTBALL - If anyone is interested, .COM can order extra jerseys for anyone who wants one. Please support .COM by coming to our games this summer and wearing our jersey. If you’re interested in ordering a shirt please contact Henrick Chu.

8. 2010 Trailmix Music Day Camp, July 12-30 and Aug 9-27. Grades 1-9. Early bird $75/wk before June 1st. Registrations are ready. Please go to www.tjcac.org/english/trailmix for the application form and details. Deadline for early bird registration is May 31.

9. The federal government has approved the hiring of summer students for Jaffray. Please visit www.tjcac.org/english/employment/ for the job postings. Deadline for application is Monday May 31. For more information, please contact Pastors Arthur or Matthew.

10. Children Sunday School department (9AM) are looking for teachers. If you are interested please speak with Janice Liu.

11. If you are interested in being Powercel Captains, Large Group Leaders, and Program Assistants for 10:30am Promiseland, please see Victoria Chin.

12. The GM department is looking for people to help with developing and maintaining the church website. Technical knowledge is NOT required. Those interested please contact Richard Poon asap.

13. Do you have a burden to serve hungry worshippers on Sundays from 10:30-11am? We are currently looking for volunteers! If you want to help, sign up with Amanda Yu today.

14. Pastor Matt will be away on vacation from May 25-28.

15. Pastor Ting will be away from May 21-25 speaking at a conference in Vancouver and May 29-June12 on study leave.

5. Aletheia Fellowship will be having REC at Savio this week! Bring your A-game and your running shoes! Program will start at 8PM! Remember to invite your friends!

6. Spring Clean Up - Today @ 2:00 pm - Spring is upon us, so it is the most opportune time to clean up our parking lot and yard in preparation for all the events we have in store (Trail Mix, LOAH). Brothers and sisters are encouraged to lend a hand in the Spring Clean Up. A simple BBQ lunch will be arranged for those that sign up. A change of clothes from your Sunday best to your outside-fun clothes is highly recommended.
