Church Spring Clean-up Day, May 2 (Sat). There are signup sheets at both entrances and it is only to help us to prepare cleaning supplies. Walk-ins are welcome too! Please set aside time to participate in keeping God’s house tidy.
A 10:30am Joint Sunday Service will be held on May 3 to welcome Jaffray’s senior pastor, Rev. Paul Ting, and the English intern, Ricky Yu. Sunday School will be held at 9 AM. Pastor Ting’s official installation service will be held on June 28.
Lunch program in May will be scheduled on the first Sunday, May 3. All brothers and sisters are invited to stay for lunch and greet Rev. Ting and his family. The congregation will have a chance to get to know him through a brief informal dialogue. All brothers will do the setting up and clean up of the lunch program.
“A Taste of Spring”, our Victoria Day Rally will be held on Sunday, May 17 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a special BBQ lunch, followed by live band, games booths, specialty food stalls and auctions (all proceeds will be for Trail Mix Children’s Camp). Please plan to come! If you like to donate items for auctions, please give them to Ricky Wong and Margaret Pak before May 10.
Trail Mix Children’s Day camp will be held from August 3-28 this year!
