Promiseland

Every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., children from grade 1 to grade 6 will gather and participate in a variety of different programs and activities, ranging from singings songs, to hearing and learning about different Bible stories.

Promiseland takes a very unique approach in teaching children God’s Word. They learn the Word of God through a number of different interactive activities that engage children, giving them an active role in learning about God.

In a large group setting, the children gather in the fellowship hall for a time of worship, through songs, prayer, and offering. During this time, dramas, games, and other activities are used to convey and teach the lesson of the day. The children then proceed to have small group time with their teachers, who are also known as Shepherds, as well as other children in the same age group. Here they have an opportunity to further talk about and discuss the topics that were brought up during the large group. The aim is to help the children discover how it is that they can apply God’s Word and His teachings in real life.
