Softball
Every summer, teams are formed at Jaffray to participate in the annual CCSA (Chinese Christian Softball Association) church-wide softball competition. Over the course of the summer, over 70 teams from across the GTA play each other in friendly competition. Jaffray has three teams, two of which were junior teams (age: 14-19 inclusive as of May 1, 2008) and one senior team (age: 18 and over, as of May 1, 2008) – Collision, .COM, and The Awakening, respectively. At the end, top teams in each category face each other in the finals. As well, there is a semi formal softball banquet that ends off the entire season.
Through the softball team, players learn more about each other, work cooperatively, get healthier, and learn about who God is.

There is absolutely no requirement for knowing how to play softball prior to joining the team. So come and join us!
2008 Season is here!
Registration has already begun! Please download the player registration form, sign it and hand it in along with $50 fee (cash or cheques payable to Toronto Jaffray Chinese Alliance Church) to Sam Phan or Stephen Chan on Sundays April 20 and 27 in the west foyer from 10:30-11AM.
